excelente hotel hay que esperar un poco al agua caliente todo lo demás está bien facturan de inmediato eso si las ventanas por lo menos de mi habitación son de las que no se pueden cerrar y se mete el ruido del almacén.
Lugar cómodo y confortable, cuenta con agua caliente y buen servicio, solo le falta tener climas, pero en general lo recomiendo. A por cierto te regalan cafecito.

Mi experiencia malísima q vergüenza de hotel la tv no funcionó la reporte y nada cero limpieza reporte todo a recepción y dicen nose osea q mal no recomendable para nada
Además de que está muy bien ubicado justo en frente de la central camionera y a unas cuadras de la Catedral donde se encuentra la virgen las habitación están muy cómodas y sobre todo muy limpias, las toallas que proporcionan son de excelente calidad y además no se escuchan los ruidos de afuera. Si regreso a San Juan de los lagos si me volvería a hospedar en este hotel ya que también a la hora de hacer mi deposito fue de una diferencia que ellos me reembolsaron al momento de ingresar al hotel y el personal que labora ahí es muy atento y amable
Un bonito hotel, con gran servicio de café de cortesía (muchos cafés solubles para escoger) y prueba de tequila muy sabrosón. Cuenta con estacionamiento y está enfrente de la terminal de autobuses. Recomendamos evitar los cuartos que dan a la avenida por el ruido de toda la noche.
